• All orders are shipped through USPS
• Once item has been shipped, ABV Embroidery is no longer liable for the package(s). We are also not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages. However, we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  
• Please remember that processing time is about 7-14 days.
