Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time on any items. Therefore, it’s very important that you follow all directions and make sure everything is correct before placing an order!

Once an item has been embroidered, the stitching cannot be undone. Everything is custom handmade and made to order once the customer has made a purchase.

Exchanges will not be made and items returned will not be accepted if you ordered the wrong size, chose the wrong color of product, chose the wrong color of thread, or didn't receive it on time. Processing time is 7-14 days, but this does not include weekends or holidays. 

However, IF there was a mistake on our end (such as incorrect design or placement) please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to fix it.
